What to include
Include the email address used on your account, the page or flow that failed, the approximate time of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or bot names so the problem can be reviewed faster.
Security and abuse reports
If you discover a security problem, suspicious account activity, or abusive bot behavior, report it through the same support email and include as much technical detail as you can safely provide.
